Returns

When filling out this form, please follow the instructions carefully.  All information must be included in order to ensure prompt processing of your request. All RMA numbers expire 14 calendar days from date of issue. All shipments must be prepaid and returned to above address. Physical damages void all warranties.

Important:-

• All merchandise returned must have a detailed description of the defect and the RMA number marked on the outside of the package. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED WITHOUT THIS!!!!
• Any courier damaged or damaged products must be reported within 48 hrs and must be returned in its original packaging.
• Any products found to be fully working upon receipt will be returned or a testing/restocking charge will apply.
• Ultrasource is not responsible for any shipping damage or loss while returning a product.
• Any warranty tags that have been removed will void warranty.
• Any products returned as fully working but no longer required are at the discretion of Ultrasource Ltd and must be within our 90 days warranty period. Any RMA given will be subject to a min 30% testing and restocking fee. Please note our warranty is (RTB) Return to base.
• All products carry a strict 90 days warranty. No exceptions
