Our quality is of the highest standard. Every part purchased is subjected to extensive testing and quality procedures, using the original manufacturer’s diagnostics software. If anything we purchase is not grade A, then it will not be included in our stock. This greatly reduces unnecessary returns and downtime experienced by our clients onsite. Once the part has passed all tests, it is assigned a unique warranty tag, and packed in anti-static packaging and bubble packed , to prevent damage whilst the part is in its stock location. If a part remains on our shelf for more that 30 days, it is retested by our highly trained engineers. We are so confident that every part shipped by Ultrasource is of the highest quality, that we offer a return to base, 90 days warranty
